At Buck & Blue’s Grill, we bring the charm of the Old West to your dining experience. Inspired by our horses, Buck and Blue, we’ve created a place where good food, great company, and a welcoming atmosphere come together. Located at Latigo Trails Equestrian Center in Elbert, Colorado, our restaurant offers two unique dining experiences—watch the action of equestrian events from our upstairs arena window or step outside to take in the breathtaking views of Pikes Peak.
Owners AJ & Shainah Frasca have always loved the Western way of life. In 2022, AJ joined the Pikes Peak Range Riders and fully embraced the Cowboy Way. After moving to their Black Forest home with their two kids, they grew their family in a new way—welcoming Buck, Blue, Comanche, and their donkey, Taco.
With a background in the restaurant industry as a third-generation member of Panino’s Restaurant, AJ combined his passion for food with his love of the Western lifestyle to create Buck & Blue’s Grill. When the opportunity came up at Latigo Equestrian Center, he knew it was the perfect spot to bring his vision to life. Whether you’re stopping in for an event, a hearty meal, or just to enjoy the sights and sounds of rural Colorado, we hope you feel right at home.
